We recently replaced the main sewer line in Glendale, AZ for a customer named Vicki. Vicki had called a few plumbers out to her home to assess her problem, but she did not feel confident enough to commit to such a repair. The plumbers had proposed to dig up her sewer line through her home, and Vicki was still seeking a contractor within her budget to complete the reconstruction repairs in her home after sewer excavation.
Vicki found our company after researching for a contractor that specializes in sewer replacement. She learned about our alternative sewer replacement methods, and was eager to find out if her home was eligible for such a trenchless method. Upon arriving to Vicki’s home, we took a good, thorough look at her sewer line with a high definition sewer camera. An adequate assessment is necessary to determine which trenchless sewer replacement is most suitable.
We determined that Vicki’s sewer line was an ideal candidate for epoxy sewer lining with our Perma-Liner system. Ultimately, Vicki chose to not only have her main sewer line rehabilitated, but to also have us tackle the branch line that connects her hall bathroom with her master bathroom. This secondary sewer line was not in imminent danger of failure, but being that it was showing its age, and that Vicki planned on residing in her home for decades to come, she decided to take advantage of saving money by being proactive.
Vicki opted to finance a portion of this work with a 12 month interest deferred option that we offer. This project was completed in just one day, and Vicki avoided all reconstruction costs entirely!
