Our Service Professional explained to her that there is another method that can be used where the line underneath the slab would be discarded and sealed off to ensure that it would never giver her any problems again. A new line would be installed which would re-route all hot water to the other lines and would run through the attic rather than the floor. Josie was extremely relieved about the different option we offered, but needed a day to think it over.

A new line was installed that runs through the wall and the attic. The new line was tied to all other hot waterlines and tested to ensure that Josie had hot water in all lines.
