I have had a plumber out to my home three times in the past two years! What can I do to prevent my house’s plumbing components from breaking down?!
As you probably already know, we have some pretty nasty, hard water here in this particular part of Arizona. It is actually some of the worst water quality in our nation. This hard water wreaks havoc on plumbing components. The only way to combat this is to invest in a high quality water treatment system. Many people have a preconceived notion that water treatment is an expensive luxury, when in reality, a proper setup is actually financially sensible, all while providing a very luxurious experience! Modern systems even treat the water to actually make is safe and enjoyable to drink! These systems are more expensive to purchase compared to the old, obsolete salt-based systems, but requiring virtually no maintenance or future financial expectations, making them overall cheaper to own!
