Work completed by Legendary Home Services:
The ceiling was opened to access the source of water. We discovered the air conditioning condensation pan had overflowed. This was due to the condensation drain being clogged with debris. When the drain clogged, it filled the pan. The pan then overflowed into the ceiling. The water soaked into the insulation, drywall, and baseboards at the bottom of the wall. After removing the water damaged building materials, cleaning up the mess, and unclogging the drain, drying equipment was set up to create an environment for evaporation.
